My experiences are always fantastic when visiting the ladies. They are great at what they do. Well priced and lovely environment. The only down side is the constant upsell techniques.

Im a long term client , my last 2 sessions have felt like it’s all about pushing products - sell , sell , sell ! It’s annoying and having the “recommendations “ consistently being repeated is annoying. Like all clients that have had years of peels , micros , needling etc . we are very aware of what’s required in the aftercare of these treatments. Perhaps a quick mention of a new product or a simple ask if we need to top up any products . The pushy sales tactics need to stop ! In 15 years I have never had these experiences.

I had a lovely facial, as always, with very professional service in a nice environment, the only slightly negative aspect is the upselling of products at the end. I understand that this is in regard to what I may have said about my skin or what the beauty expert advises but I find this hard to say no to and feel a level of expectation to purchase. A simple query at the end of service like “did you need advice on any products today?” would be much preferred.

Charlotte was very professional and made the treatment as quick and painless and possible.

My only complaint was I found there was a bit too much hard sell of products by the person who did my facial. This took away from the relaxation of the experience. Ellie , who did the waxing, is a lovely girl and made the waxing treatment very pleasant.

Felt a little bit pressured to buy products after the consultant knew I was getting married and wanted great skin. She wasn't pushy though and I felt like she was quite helpful and genuine. :)
