It was disappointing not to get the therapist I originally booked in with. Jamie-Lee is a very good beauty therapist. I can appreciate it is an extremely busy time of the year and delays Are to be expected but not to have another therapist. I do enjoy coming to Pure Indulgence and will be back. This the first facial I have had...and then on.y because my sisters told me I must..it was divine...I feel very relaxed and pampered. I feel like I deserve to have these more often. Hannah B was very gentle and caring...but her massages were nice and strong in the right places....thank you Hannah.

I had a wonderful pedicure,however when I got home I found that one of my nails had been smudged and then had a coat of polish over the top of it as a disguise. I also found that my feet were still slightly rough that I had to use a foot file to finish it off. It wasn't worth the money.

The store is always immaculate and the staf are gantastic. However the seat has split in the waiting atea and it bit my leg when i sat on it. It would be good if mangement could fix it begore I return next month. Thanks

My beautician Jess was fantastic and gave a great facial peel and gave really helpful advice. The only aspect that dampened my experience was that I received a 20% off voucher and tried to book online (as the email told me to)and I was unable due to technical difficulties. This was not the problem as I understand that this was beyond the salon's control but when I booked the appointment over the phone, I was told that this was fine and I will still be able to use the voucher, only to turn up and be told that I couldn't due to the fact I did not book the appointment online :( They did honour my voucher in the end but made me feel guilty even though it was not my fault.
