The overall experience was quite nice. However, the hot stone massage was quite rough and left me with bruising on my upper chest region. The head massage that came with my facial was also quite hard, despite my requests for it to be softer. This took away from my relaxing experience, however I was quite happy with the facial aspect of my visit.

I have been to Pure Indulgence before and as expected it was a very nice pampering session with one exception. More on that in a moment. This visit was specifically booked as I have to go into hospital in a few days for some surgery and it will be a while before I am very mobile again. I wanted to have a little "me" time and to have my hands and feet in top condition (vain I know, but it is what it is). So the exception I referred to earlier was that the therapist looking after me, while very good at her job was a little grating in the way she delivered "advice" and her timing as to when to talk wasn't great. When she set me up for my pedicure it was lovely - she ensured I was comfortable, placed a heat pack under my neck and across my eyes and told me to relax and enjoy. And then proceeded to talk pretty much non-stop about what poor condition my feet were in, did I never moisturise? etc etc. She also was constantly "on-selling" treatments and products that I should try. I get that this is part of the job, but not constantly during my treatment and still pushing after I gently made it clear that I wasn't interested at this time because you know, upcoming surgery. As I said her skills were great but her verbal delivery needs some refining. I will definitely be going back to Pure Indulgence as I enjoyed my treatment immensely.

My Consultant, Renee, was very good. Her massage technique was great and she gave me a foot massage while I was having my facial (which was a lovely surprise). I would recommend her to anyone coming in to Pure Indulgence

I enjoyed it...was a gift from a friend and H/Office kindly extended my expired voucher. Will be back. Very friendly and good sales lady who did my feet. I spent extra. Her name is Italia.

30 minute back massage - was great, very relaxing and the atmosphere also great. The t did a wonderful job. I can understand the reason for being more expensive than the other massage salons in the shopping centre, as the atmosphere is more spa like. But still I find it a bit too pricey. If it wasn’t for the voucher I probably wouldn’t have gone, but I’m glad I did as I did enjoy the experience.
