Great experience. Only issues really were the lady didn't talk about what she was using on my face as she did the facial. Also you were able to hear noise from other rooms/front desk which was a little off-putting when having a relaxing massage and facial.

My Therapist Danielle (Dannii) was fantastic, i would be making future bookings requesting Danielle as my therapists. She does a fantastic details massage and her gentleness during the facial was surperb.

I had an eyelash tint done. Whilst the dye was on my elelashes I could hear the beauty therapist ripping apart bits of material (to wash the dye off). I would suggest that this is all done prior to the client arriving. I've had a tint in at a spa in Cromwell, NZ where they give you a head massage while you are waiting for the dye in your lashes to do it's thing. This made it a very relaxing experience where the therapist is focussing all if the appointment time on you. Might I suggest that pure indulgence adopt something similar to up their game?

My therapist gave an amazing massage and was very professional. She really set the ambience for me to be able to relax and enjoy the massage. She made my day!

The treatment was fantastic! Unfortunately the lack of toilet on the premises is a problem. I will hesitate to return because of this.
