2nd visit to this place, think I may have gone on a busy day as my appointment was not correct and they didn’t really seem to care that I wasn’t getting the service I requested, the wax lady was very nice and friendly and tried to do all she could in the minimal time she had. The staff are friendly just unfortunately they stuffed my appointment up, but in saying that I will go back again as I think they are a lot better than other beauty salons in carindale.

I absolutely love getting my brows done with you guys. Always professional, clean and do an incredible job. Won’t get my brows done anywhere else! The only thing that frustrates me is unsolicited advice about my skin etc. I understand you guys have products to sell but it’s unenjoyable to be pushed products every time I’m there when I’ve said multiple times that I’m not interested. I’m coming for an amazing waxing service! Not for skin advice or products. Could you perhaps implement a system where a beautician writes a note on the customers account detailing whether they asked the customer about their skin/if they wanted products/what the customers response was and whether they purchased products? It would probably help future beauticians to just take a quick look at the account and know ‘ok Suzan was having issues with dry skin last time she was here, I’ll follow up with her about that’ etc and then for the people who have repeatedly said they’re not interested/why they’re not interested that could be recorded and they could stop feeling hassled for something they don’t want/having an unenjoyable experience. Just a thought. Do really love you guys though!

I was booked in for a treatment and received a completely different one. It was still great, but not what I was there for. A lovely salon and really friendly staff but I won't be returning in a hurry.
