The salon at Carindale were great. They had a staff member go home sick and asked if I could reschedule. I have 2 toddlers and work full time and this was the only day I had available for the foreseeable future. They moved things around spoke to another salon and I got to enjoy my spa day with just a few changes to time and a break between my massage and facial. I even got a complimentary add on to the facial. The staff couldn’t have been better at turning what could have been a massive disappointment for me into a lovely relaxing day. Can’t wait to have the opportunity to go back again.
