The staff member at the front desk was less than impressive. She was chewing gum, her personal presentation was not polished and was not particularly welcoming or friendly. Chloe my therapist was lovely, my treatment was wonderful. I was very happy with Chloe 10/10. Thanks Chloe,

I have been coming to your salon for the Celebrity eye trio for a longtime now. The quality of beauticians back when i first starting coming was exceptional. Recently, well at least for the last 6 to 12 months the service is never the same, the quality of the service is terrible. The last three times i have been to have my eyes done i have had to fix up once i get home. The color for my eyebrows last time was too dark but the beautician said the color will settle down over the next few days. I find majority of the time i am having most of my eyebrows plucked and not waxed, so growing back time is quicker, so i am having to have them done more often.

I was a little disappointed that it stated my service would be 1 hour 15 minutes but was over under one hour. But was very pleasant

One of my favorite things about coming to pure indulgence for my brow wax was the soothing eye massage that used to occur at the end of the treatment. I have noticed that this doesn't seem to be happening any more which is a little disappointing as it was a lovely way to finish a wax -lights dimmed and a minute or two of soothing oil massaged into your eye area. This is no criticism of the person that undertook my treatment tonight. It's something that seems to have been gradually stopped. Being on a series, and having attending this salon for years, you tend to notice these things. Seeing the price increase, but the service received decrease, makes me wuestion whether I will purchase a series again.
