I was very impressed with Tayla. She was absolutely lovely to deal with and she also did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and eyelashes! I will definitely be back 😀

I overheard my therapist receiving negative feedback from the Manager about the way she was trying to secure another appointment to someone she has just finished up with, wasn't too professional and the Manager seemed more focused on profit rather than how the session went. Then, after my session, I was expecting the therapist to ask me for feedback on the session however, I was handed some water and while drinking, the upselling began. Look, I'm all for discovering new products but it seemed a bit forced. Lovely therapist and brilliant massage! A bit of noise from dishes clanging around from the neighboring tenancy. Would like to see more focus on wellbeing. My therapist shouldn't be a salesperson.

I really enjoyed my facial treatment at Pure Indulgence Carindale. I had 2 appointments with Cloe who has done a wonderful job each time. She is really natural and very skilled in what she is doing and would recommend her to my friends. My skin looked so fresh and radiant after the treatments

Emma is such a delight at every appointment. She always goes above and beyond to give me not only an amazing facial, but she creates such a relaxing atmosphere, so that for the time I am in the beauty room, I am completely swept away and all my cares melt away. Worth every penny. Kate

Actually I am very disappointed about my experience at Pure Indulgence. I have booked a shellac and eyebrows & lips wax. When I reserved the treatments, the day before I asked for a French shellac and during the conversation they just confirmed it positively. But today when I arrived at the place I couldn't make the shellac because at the desk they told me that they dind't know anything about the french and it would be taken more time (actually just 10 minutes) and "unfortunately" they were in back to back and they couldn't satisfy my request. In this occasion I absolutely needed the shellac and I just wasted my time with one of the employees who was trying to convince me to change colour (why I have to pay 45$ for something that I don't want?!?!). However I could do the waxing and fortunately that service was very good and professional. It's a shame saying that it was my first time at Pure Indulgence and it will be my last one. I can't loose my time for a mistake that I didn't make and for what?? For only 10 minutes??? They preferred loose 45$ dollars and a new client.
