Lovely experience once again

Had an eyebrow wax and while I thought it was good when I left but once getting home I had a closer look and noticed there was still hairs that I think should have been plucked (that were easily visible) so it looks finished and tidy. I had to finish my eyebrows once getting home.

Camille is an asset to the Team at Carindale Pure Indulgence. I definitely come back to give my business to this store because of Camille. She looks after all my sensitive skin needs after suddenly and dramatically finding out I had severe allergies to nuts at a later stage in my life. The whole Team including Jenny at Carindale are very helpful with information and treat me with the utmost respect. Camille works with me to accommodate my requirements with great professionalism and empathy beyond her years.

This the first facial I have had...and then on.y because my sisters told me I must..it was divine...I feel very relaxed and pampered. I feel like I deserve to have these more often. Hannah B was very gentle and caring...but her massages were nice and strong in the right places....thank you Hannah.

The past 3-4 visits the usual colour i get my lashes tinted has only been lasting approximately 1 week - pretty poor! Ellie has been apologetic each visit and tried something different each time - generally changing the length of time the tint stays on. Today she suggested we try a different colour so hopefully this will be more successful. Unfortunately on my visit Ellie mentioned that we wouldnt be able to use the wheat bag today due to an incident that had happened last wee. She mentioned it would probably take some time to actually replace the wheat bag - you might want to think about providing the tools your staff needs to provide a quality customer experience quickly otherwise people (myself included) might start looking elsewhere... Forgetting everything that has happened over the past few months - Ellie is a fantastic beautician!
