I paid for a 60m massage + 10m upgrade. I went in and came out in 65m. She was running 10m late for my appointment and I felt like time was taken off my time to catch up. I feel like I had 55m massage time instead of the 70m I paid for. If the dressing/consult (yodelling) is part of the 60m it should be disclosed.
