I was gifted a gift card so I booked in for a facial which I was hoping would make me feel refreshed and relaxed. I was then made to feel like I had terrible skin even though most of my acne has finally cleared up and I’ve gotten some of my confidence back. I can understand wanting to tailor the treatment but they should be a little more sensitive. My gift card didn’t cover the full treatment so I was expecting to only pay $20 more however they were so pushy about upgrading to a package which I agreed to and was okay with but then once I was trying to leave I was asked to pay for over $600 in product. I had already told them that frequent treatments were not an option for me financially but they were so pushy and kept telling me that my skin was really impaired. I was so upset after I left that I figured I would return the product only to find that they don’t do refunds on product for change of mind. Spent the rest of the day crying. Be more upfront about product pricing and just give customers what they book in for instead of trying to upgrade them. I don’t ever want to go back.
