2nd visit to this place, think I may have gone on a busy day as my appointment was not correct and they didn’t really seem to care that I wasn’t getting the service I requested, the wax lady was very nice and friendly and tried to do all she could in the minimal time she had. The staff are friendly just unfortunately they stuffed my appointment up, but in saying that I will go back again as I think they are a lot better than other beauty salons in carindale.

The room was fairly noisy as you could hear other clients/ cleaning happening outside the room. The massage was supposed to be 1.5hrs but lasted around 1-1.25hrs. The masseuse was friendly and the room was comfortable. It didn’t feel as though there was much oil/ lotion applied and overall it lacked a bit of ‘luxe’. At the end just after dressing I was told about their pricing and deals whichI didn’t think was appropriate within the massage room environment.

Service was 50 min - 20 min shorter than the advertised signature facial time. Little things like cupboard being broken, technicians squeaky chair took away from overall experience. Otherwise it was relaxing - just wish the full time was taken.

I spent a lot of money during my recent visit and despite this, twice I felt pressured to purchase more products and services. The staff are continually upselling. During my treatment I felt the staff member was not listening to my requests, and ended up doing her own thing and I wasn't happy with the end result, I ended up having to go home and finish the job myself.

Honestly I have loved most experiences but sometimes it I not relaxing due to music and back ground noice

My 40 minute massage was amazing, I was offered a stress relieving oil for my massage for an extra $10 on top of my gift voucher. At the checkout another lady said the cost was $14, I didn't argue it being too relaxed. However it was only later when I looked at my receipt did I realise that she charged me $17. It's not that it's the extra money that bothered me, just felt ripped off and it ruined my positive experience with the massage. It's just a little unprofessional not ensuring the price offered is the actual charge.
