I had bought a package of 3 facials and added on microdermabrasion. For the last facial, when I called to book, I asked if it was possible to switch the microdermabrasion for something else. The person I spoke to said I could and she changed the microdermabrasion to a mask of equal value. When I got to my facial the person taking care of me seemed to have no idea what I was taking about and told me if I wanted any add ons that they would cost me more money. I was quite disappointed in this as I would have kept the microdermabrasion since I had already paid for it but I was being told I would have to pay more if I got it but I also did not get anything in place of this cost as I was promised.
