When I have a facial , I expect the technician to wash her hands before she rubs my head and hair and feet. I like the masks to be washed off my face properly .When I got home I still had granules from the scrub around my nose and in my hairline . There was no rubbing cream onto my face with a massage .the massage was with the first peel and the granule exfoliation together ? . No washing of face too start... no wonder I had black heads from the prior removal of white heads . Cleanliness is essential during a facial. Unfortunately the lass needs a lot more training, and you need to ensure that you technicians actually do what is in your description of the facial.
