I gave an overall score of 10 because the team there have it right regarding product knowledge, additional recommendation sales, great customer services delivery and professionalism that is not found at other locations. Even though I have given 10s, I hope that each member remembers that even though the goal is reach, one should still try to do better. Thank you for everything.
