For me I found the product knowledge great and professional advice great and staff had professional manners. I would say the staff pushed on selling products too aggressively. I think I said no about 5 times which is excessive. I think potentially there can be more training or specialising with pregnant women. I advised I was heavily pregnant (38 weeks) thinking there would be some measures in place so I was surprised being expected to lay flat on my back for a more than 2 hour appointment where the purpose was to relax however that position is anything but relaxing. That’s a risk for both me and the baby safety which should be known through basic training. Other places I’ve been to were very accommodating to my pregnancy, so I was surprised in this instance. I think this feedback is important for pregnant clients moving forward. It’s worth noting that my partner enjoyed his experience very much, thank you

The only thing I would like to say that was negative was the loud banging coming from other rooms. Periodically there would be a loud bag that would startle me and bring me out of my relaxed state. The new beauty therapist KC, at Carindale is amazing and I have already recommended her to friends.

KC was brilliant at making me feel refreshed and pampered. Her product knowledge was great, she let me relax the during the entire treatment and I love that. Sophie is just lovely and has always treated me with great respect. The other ladies I have dealt with my phone or at reception have also all been lovely and helpful. Thanks sometimes find the room a little cold and the music a little loud however neither of these things have detracted from totally enjoying my treatments.

Would prefer not to have obvious upselling of unrelated product. I am attending massage sessions only and I’m not interested in being upsold exfoliants or other skin care products and I find it quite awkward when this happens and I have to shut it down by saying I’m not interested. In addition I felt that being prompted to buy another series of massages when I am not even halfway through the current series was a bit premature. I don’t blame the therapist as it is obviously she is following company direction, but I was reminded/prompted 3 times during the session that I should repurchase. I think this would be more appropriate at the 2nd last or last session. These are minor things that would be easy to avoid and they do impact on an otherwise extremely pleasant experience. One of the reasons I started coming to Pure Indulgence in the past was that they didn’t really do this, it is a shame to see this now seems to be part of the experience.
