The service and treatments are always really good at pure indulgence salons but the upselling really kills the vibe of having a relaxing treatment/time to unwind. I already use the products used in the salons and was asked 3 times in one app whether I wanted to buy more when I already said I just brought some in a recent sale (from a pure indulgence store) It kind of ruins the end of the appointment to be honest everything else is 10/10
