I went in for a face wax with specific instructions to not touch the eyebrow area as I was letting them grow out.. After the girl waxed my face she then started cleaning up stray hairs then she started plucking my eyebrows. She removed and trimmed the major parts of my eyebrows before I could even say anything. I'm so upset as the hair doesn't grow fast at all. Then she waxed my arms and missed major parts and left wax all Over them. I have a 6 pack of waxing and I'm only 2 in. I want the rest cancelled.

I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend carpeting the hallway so it's not quite so noisy and cut down on the use of alarms on timers for the same reason.

Unfortunately this was a really unpleasant experience. It took an hour for a brazillian wax and she kept going over and over the same area. It was very painful and she just kept applying thick layers of wax. She did each side 4 times, alternating between, eventually saying that it was getting pretty red so she shouldn't keep going (she did offer to tweeze what was left but by this stage I just needed to get out of there). Despite this, no aftercare products were made available before I dressed. She reminded me multiple times that I should come more regularly. I appreciate that more frequent waxing will make each visit less painful but I don't feel this accounts for the level of discomfort I experienced today. Surely I should be able to expect a decent level of service regardless of how long it's been since the last wax? If not, this should be made clear upon booking. To be honest, the reason I haven't had regular waxes for the past 12 months is because I've had three consecutive miscarriages during that time and just wasn't ready to have any more poking and prodding in the area than I'd already experienced. Now that I'm ready to get back to regular waxes, I'll find somewhere else to get them done. Amy was polite and friendly, it was just unfortunate that the wax was so unpleasant.
