I went in for my usual facial but had to change from my amazing Senior Beauty Therapist to another Senior Beauty Therapist as my usual therapist has been promoted (which is well deserved by her). Unfortunately, the new therapist did not meet my expectations and sold me an expensive ‘add on’ treatment (which I stupidly agreed to) and it did nothing for my skin. I didn’t raise my issues by providing feedback directly after my treatment as I just wanted to leave (feeling foolish for agreeing to the ‘add on’ treatment). I’ll either try another therapist or sadly be looking for somewhere else to get my facials done.
