I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I was completely undermined and walked out unsatisfied as if it were my fault. I wanted foils and a haircut with layers. The hairdresser thought he was so experienced that he knew better than the client, hacked at my hair and basically gave me bangs instead of a feathered frame, I have to go back because he didn’t cut my hair at all how I’d asked, again, he thought he knew better than me. I wanted layers and a dramatic feathered look. Instead I have a stupid haircut that’s as boring as my last haircut that I paid a fraction of the price for and bangs that get in my face. Absolutely pissed. I asked for foils, he insisted on Beliage instead, I didn’t even know what that was really so I spent so much time trying to figure it out he said they had no time to even dye my hair and I now have to go back FOR AN EXTRA $100, AND ON ANOTHER DAY! Let alone the hair cut I now have to return to get fixed. Wouldn’t reccomend this salon to a dog. Absolutely appalled. As a client who walked in knowing exactly what she wanted, I was belittled and walked out with far from what I’d asked AND BOOKED IN FOR, so absolutely, no. I would not recommend.
