Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Is 10 good? Because I would like to give you all 10/10 for everything! The team are always so friendly, especially Francisco & Trish are my angels. My hair was in such bad shape until I came to Gallo hair, finally leave the salon feeling happy!
