Cancellation Policy
It is our salon policy that all new guests, online bookings and specialty services require a 50% deposit to be paid to secure an appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your original booking deposit.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.

Trish has an incredible ability, it is such talent to cut my hair in a way that works with my hair type and thickness. I often get compliments about my hair and I just say ‘it’s Trish’ She is brilliant. I have really thick hair and she seems to be able to do magic as she cuts so it has texture and creates a look that requires no product, I wash it and that is it. Just run my hands through it and I am good to go. Alongside her talent she is genuine and it is always so nice to catch up with her. I really appreciate her ; she gets me and my hair.
