I contacted Palm Cove Day Spa prior to booking to discuss and confirm a few personal requests and comfort requirements. From the very first interaction, the communication was exceptional, warm, positive, understanding, and incredibly welcoming. It immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured about attending. Upon arriving for my pre-booked Vichy shower, body scrub, and massage experience, I was welcomed into such a calm, homely, and relaxing environment. It felt personal rather than clinical, and being greeted by the lovely owner (Loreen)who I later realised I had been speaking with online made the experience feel even more genuine and caring. I was then introduced to Emily, who would be performing my treatments. As someone who was feeling quite nervous beforehand, Emily was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She carefully explained every stage of the treatment process, what she was doing, where she would be working, and what to expect throughout. That level of communication and reassurance made such a difference and immediately helped me relax. What truly stood out was the incredible care and adaptability shown regarding my personal comfort needs. Emily handled everything with complete professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Her willingness to adapt certain aspects of the experience to help manage some claustrophobia and ensure I remained comfortable throughout was genuinely next level and deeply appreciated. It never felt awkward or inconvenient , only caring, respectful, and accommodating. The Vichy shower and scrub experience exceeded every expectation I had. It was relaxing, calming, and incredibly well delivered. The following 60-minute massage was equally exceptional. Emily’s attention to detail, calming nature, and massage technique were outstanding, especially the long flowing body strokes from feet through to shoulders and back, which felt incredible and left me completely relaxed. I can honestly say this was one of the best spa experiences I have ever had in Australia. From the atmosphere, to the staff, to the genuine care shown toward individual comfort and personal needs, everything was truly five-star. I genuinely cannot think of a single negative comment or suggestion for improvement. To finish the experience, being able to relax quietly afterwards with tea and water was the perfect ending to an already incredible visit. The only hardest part was having to get dressed and leave
