I loved EVERYTHING about OFFLondon, and I looooove my hair. I recently moved from Sydney to Canberra for a job. I had been dreaming of a new chop for such a long time. I had collected a million pictures of dream haircuts, and was beginning to get a bit of a particular idea about what I wanted. So, I was pretty nervous about finding the right hairdresser! I wanted someone that would: (1) listen and try to understand what I had dreamed of in my head, (2) give me professional advice about whether this dream was actually going to be achieved...AND actually look any good on me, (3) have the technical skills to pull it off, and not just talk the talk. Luke was my hair chopper, and he was amazing. Ticked all of the boxes. He was really easy to talk to, he sounded like he understood the idea I was thinking of, gave me his advice about minor adjustments that he thought would be more suited to me, and then gave me a killer haircut that I am in love with! He also checked in with me every so often to make sure I was happy with different elements of the haircut. Actually, EVERY encounter I had with the OFFLondon staff was amazing. I was running late because of two road work stops, and an unbelievable run of slow traffic and red lights. I felt terrible, and was a bit nervous that I wouldn't get my appointment. The staff member who took my phone call was very understanding. I got no sense of irritation at all. The person who washed my hair was lovely. Everyone just seemed happy, and the energy in the place just seemed happy I don't normally write reviews, but I just felt like I had to. I am so happy with the whole experience. If you are nervous about finding a new hairdresser that you will feel easy and comfortable with straight away, who will listen to you, and work with you to get a great new haircut that suits you, I really think you should try Luke at OFFLondon. That is all :)
