My last haircut was a lovely relaxing experience. Having my hair washed whilst sitting in a massage chair was a bonus. The scalp massage was fantastic.

The products a bit expensive to buy. The coffee was ordinary but overall and in particular the service, was good and the staff are very nice. Overall I give it a 8/10

Really friendly, very helpful. Super busy and various staff I was involved with kept getting distracted, so probably made it feel less personal. Girl doing the hair washing felt new and hesitant. But overall, professional and great job.

The water kept going slightly cold during the wash and the girl was a tiny bit rough (pulling hairs) but otherwise she was great. SHe was appreciative that I was tired and didn't talk too much but was still friendly. Very happy with final product. THanks! :)

Lovely staff, quality result. My only issues are that the cost of my 2nd visit was significantly higher than my first (about $100 more!) even though I had the same things done (cut and foils/colour), and that I can't get a Sat or thurs night appt for love or money!

Janice was friendly and professional, I would have liked to know the break up of the cost of the cut as I chose to wash my hair at home and didn't require the salons service, yet the cost was still too high.
