I'm really happy with the colour and cut that I get done at Off London. It's tricky to do short hair for women but the team there does a great job. Well done guys!

Always a good cut and colour at Off London, however the difficulty in scheduling appointments has meant you have lost my business in the past from time to time when I have not been able to see anyone with even three weeks' notice.

Most of the stylists are wonderful and the receptionists and warm and friendly. They always try to fit you in if they can. Today wasn’t so great but usually I couldn’t praise them enough.

Hair stylist was too busy talking and did not cut even on both sides. Took off a lot on one side, left longer on the other. Cleaned it up myself.

The salon was very busy, I think the experience would have been better at a quieter time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am happy with my haircut and I would come back again, just maybe not at a busy time :)

Hey guys, I’ve never had a bad experience here before but unfortunately my blow dry experience today was pretty terrible. I didn’t get the name of the girl who blow dried my hair but I hope you can work out who it was for feedback. I asked for just a light blow out with some light curls. She started at the back and passed over the same piece way too many times, hair was extremely hot. She then twisted the curling brushes tight into my head and left them hanging very tangled. Then left them in as she tried to separate the top parts of my hair, which got extremely tangled and painful. At this point I just really wanted her to stop because I could see the many hairs breaking off. I asked her to just forget about the curls and to just dry my hair asap which was also a painful experience with lots of hairs pulled directly out of my head. Left with still slightly wet hair around my scalp. I’ve had many blow dries here and nothing was this bad. I would have preferred to leave with wet hair. I’m very sorry to leave this kind of feedback because I do enjoy going to you guys, but this was just too bad to ignore. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Charly
