I would recommend that a price is provided, prior to commencement of any level of styling - particularly when you don't know whether the person doing your hair is a junior, senior or director AND when it is not just one service. Several levels of colour styling, for example, add up very quickly. In my case, I have above shoulder length hair and LOVE the colour and cut I received. Absolutely - I love it!! Happy happy!! But while I am happy to put my hair in the hands of the experts on what they think is best to achieve my end goal - the cost options to get there should be discussed with the client at the same time. Yes, I guess I could have asked, but I think a policy of confirming price before starting would be a good policy. It was only on paying my bill that I found out my above shoulder colour and cut cost just over $300. I honestly love it, but can't honestly say I was happy with the price. However, yes I would recommend Off London to family and friends - no question.
