I went to Off London having never been there before and I was genuinely blown away by the salon. When I rang to change my appointment time I was greeted with the most friendly person on the other end who was so happy to accommodate my request. I was impressed. However this was only the introduction into how I felt when I went into the salon. Wow. I was greeted with a friendly smile like I was a long standing client and I was treated like a queen. I interacted with 3 different team members who were all so friendly and warm. The vibes were high in the salon and I watched everyone being looked after with a smile. I had actually forgotten salons could be like this, as I had been used to salons with mean girl vibes where you feel like you are imposing. I will definitely be back, this was the reminder I needed that good service salons exist, so don't settle for less!!

Chris was very nice, and did a greta job on my hair. The stuff were very polite and professional which is hard to find. I will defitelly go back .

I received a great haircut. I am 50 now and my hair has naturally greyed, the staff at Off London don't try to talk me into having colour, they see that it suits me and it also keeps my salon costs down. However, just because I am grey doesn't mean I don't want a trendy haircut. I have received a cut that is trendy however, still age appropriate. I would recommend this salon for anyone looking for an upmarket, trendy salon without the huge price tag.

Always use OffLondon, love my haircut, love the place (a little hard for parking, but that's always been negated by someone in salon to do a meter run which is a nice touch. On the downside though, without fail—every single time I've booked over the last few years, I always end up being shifted to another staff member. Obviously, I'm happy to be accomodating and understand that sometimes time goes over so things need to be shifted. I have preferences as do everyone for a reason—it seems as though because I'm accomodating I'm always shifted to a junior. Conversation seems to make it a generally forced and somehow awkward experience, and also it's hard to get any type of routine or understanding of what I like or don't like if I'm always shifted. Like I say, happy to be accomodating, but you've asked for the feedback.
