The price was my only concern with the appointment. I expected it to be more expensive than an average salon but the service, although exceptional, was not worth the price paid. I would love to come back but am very sad that I can't afford to.

As always brilliant service. Aron is the best. I have always received compliments about my hairstyle. I have my daughter an appointment with Aron for her birthday. Always recommend this salon.

The last three visits I have been a bit put off at the 'up sell' of treatments at the basin. I accepted once, the next time I declined but the last 2 times it has made me feel a bit infuriated. Perhaps it's best discussed with the client and the hairdresser before. It's just an uncomfortable conversation to have there when you are trying to relax

Holly is an excellent stylist. She always greets me with a smile, and takes the time to make sure she understands what I'm asking for. I have absolute confidence in her professional capability, which makes me feel comfortable when taking a risk, and in those inevitable "oh shit" moments in the middle of a haircut when things are looking a bit weird... I have confidence that when I walk out of the salon I'll have a great cut, so there's no stress during the appointment. Lastly, she's intuitive when it comes to providing the right experience for the client: when I'm feeling chatty she's happy to chat, when I'm not, she doesn't force it. I only wish that I could get in to see her now and again on short notice, and that the salon was quieter. Perfect.

As a newly returned to work mum, I love that I can get an hour of quality 'me time' on my lunch break. I like that the person who is going to cut your hair washes you hair and you don't get passed through three different people to wash, cut and dry your hair. :)
