The service I experienced was fantastic (particularly the hot chocolate I was provided with). The hairdresser offered multiple suggestions for my haircut and did a great job at controlling my sometimes wild curls. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, however this would not stop me from returning

True colours of a business is shown when the professionalism of customer service provided is not only the good side of your customer experiences, but also the not so good customer experiences. I can confidently say that Off London supports the good and the not so good with being able to cope with everything that is thrown their way with proffesionalism and honest to goodness common sense and ensuring that their customers are well looked after which in turns creates the longevity of a business. Well done guys, keep up the excellent work !

My normal stylist was away today but I was extremely happy with the two stylists who were able to fit me in today. It's so good to know that whoever you see you know will do a great job.
