The greeting was polite and prompt. The salon was buzzing with activity. The staff were attentive but very busy. The tea was yummy and the massage chair a nice touch.

Adriana listened to my concerns about my current hair cut. She suggested changes that resulted in a cut that I love. All the staff were lovely and the head massage during my shampoo was so relaxing.

Slight hiccup with my booking not being on the system but staff fitted me in anyway - this is my second visit very happy with the staff and professionalism of the service.

Very welcoming and prompt service. Great tea... I mean, awesome. Lovely place, just my hair was not quite the bouncy blow wave I hoped for. Nice, shiny, smelled divine and fabulous massage at the basin but not a classic blow wave. Will come back, if only for the service and tea!
