The staff are friendly and efficient. I walked out feeling like a million dollars with my beautifully done balayage hair. The colour and cut are perfect. The service is incredible, even for a coffee - it arrives promptly and I'm constantly asked if I'd like another (better service than a cafe!) I love going to Off London!

While I always enjoy going to the salon, I've noticed a trend towards pushing products and additional services during the appointment, which is unappealing. Specifically, I was asked if I would like a treatment while having my hair washed and was only advised after I indicated an interest that it would be an additional $40, which was a shock when it was presented as being complimentary.
