I LOVE coming to this salon. The staff are amazing, friendly & accomodating. They offer divine teas (or coffee) with a chocolate & plenty of gossipy mags to flick through while you enjoy your relaxing hair experience. They always listen to what you're after with your hair & offer honest advice leaving you with the best outcome. And finally - a salon with comfortable reclining chairs to lay back in whilst you get your hair washed. The professional hair products they use smell incredible and leave your hair feeling soft, lite & fresh for days. :-) The best hair salon I have experienced in Canberra which is why I always go back. :-)

As always, I enjoyed my experience at Off London; the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous,. My only comment would be that the evo shampoo and conditioner I was advised (and subsequently bought) to use has irritated my scalp quite badly (though that's more an issue with the shampoo and conditioner than with Off London).
