Clients are assisted by excellent professionals with care and gentle attitude and treated in a friendly way ( taking into account personal preferences, needs and situations which allow the client know that one is not just a number ). I had a wonderful first time experience at this salon my hairdresser was Issy she was amazing, so kind and helpful and she did an amazing job. The rest of the crew was also amazing aswell :)

An absolutely incredible experience! After being reluctant regarding the pricing, I finally decided to try Off London to fix a not so great of a haircut from another salon. I was met with great enthusiasm by the receptionist and the other staff who washed my hair and was treated super nice before I even met my stylist Issy. I explained the issue with my haircut and she completely understood what had went wrong and thoroughly explained what needs to be done to fix it. All throughout the haircut she let me know what was being done and what changes she had made. Issy is incredible at what she does and made me feel very cared for;the results were incredible! I felt absolutely ecstatic at the end and will definitely come back, even if it does take a bit more saving up, to do so. Incredible, incredible, incredible!

Off London looks after my entire family and always makes it a pleasurable experience. The staff genuinely care about the service they provide and focus on ensuring we are totally happy with the outcome. And sometimes we present them with some challenges!!Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product and result.
