Comment
I had Emma as my stylist. She put me at ease to talk about what I wanted as my hair is thinning and I wanted to get a hair style that wouldn't emphasis this problem. She also very empathetic and I found myself talking to her like I would a friend I'm not normally that chatty at the hairdresser but she really put me at ease. I came out with a new hair style, feeling supported and heard it was a truly amazing experience. I will be back.
