As always, very happy. I had Adriana for my colour this time and was not disappointed. I usually have either Nicky or Annaleise for my colour and they are both fantastic, they know exactly what I like, I was a bit nervous trying someone new, only because I am a very fussy Blonde, and Adriana was great. Luke for my cut, as usual, fabulous, exactly what I like, champion.

Today I was lucky enough to have Nicki and Izara. Wow what a combo, my colour was spot on, Nicky always does an amazing job on my blonde hair anyway, but today we tried something a little different and it looks awesome, and no toner required. My cut with Izara was exactly what I asked for. I usually have my cut with Luke (who I also really like), but I would be happy to have Izara again any time :).

Off London is excellent. I have had my hair cut by Aaron for the past 2 years, and every time he has done an outstanding job: I have always noticed the difference when someone else cuts my hair, it's just never as good. He always takes the time to chat but is still very efficient due to knowing my haircut style well, and all the other staff are professional, friendly and courteous. The reception staff have also always been helpful in person and over the phone. I'm sorry I won't be able to visit there regularly from now on due to moving interstate, but will certainly recommend this place to others, and will return occasionally if I can. Very satisfied with their service :-)
