My appointment was wonderful at Off London. I always felt listened to and the final result was exactly like my reference images. Staff are kind and love to have a good chat. I will most certainly keep coming back in the future. My stylist was extremely thorough and had excellent attention to detail. She informed me she is moving overseas soon and I will be sad to see her go but grateful for her excellent skills.

The staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. The price was reasonable if I had received what I asked for. I showed a photo of the colour I wanted and explained that it was uneven at the moment from my previous hairdresser and wanted that fixed. Unfortunately the foils were only applied to the previous spots so my hair is in the exact way as I went in the only difference is the foils have made it a shade lighter. I did not receive the foils in all the places I asked for and the foils I did receive are not the same on both sides.

Overall experience was amazing! The staff were very welcoming. Claudia and Bek did an amazing job with my hair!!!

Tayla was lovely, she took her time with my hair and the end result was exactly what I asked for. All the staff were nice and upbeat.

As per usual your staff excelled, I always feel welcome, appreciated, and pampered. Your staff never fail to amuse and amaze me, I have always loved coming in, as does my Daughter-in-law and many many girlfriends. Love you all, especially Rebecca.
