Izzy did a great job at applying my keratin treatment! The product available at Off London is luxurious, allowing you to walk out feeling 24 Karat Fabulous. Izzy listened to my concerns and ensured my treatment was a fun experience

I was treated with the utmost respect by Jade, particularly when she thought she identified head lice! While the prospect of head lice was a shock, as a parent of young children, it can happen. While certainly not ideal at a salon, it is better for everyone’s safety to know. Jade double checked with her colleagues, and once it was confirmed it was just a bug, Jade was able to proceed with my treatment. My treatment went smoothly and I’m very happy. I recommend Off London to anyone who wants quality service, respect, and to feel great after every visit

The ambience of the salon is loud, bright and can be jarring to the nerves therefore some peaceful spaces to relax whilst receiving treatment may be beneficial to the client.
