I felt that the hairdresser did not listen to me. After a lengthy discussion that I was trying to grow out my hair and get back to my natural hair colour (ash blonde)and that I didn't want any red or muddy browns in my hair, that's exactly what I ended up with. I now have to go to another salon and go through the painstaking and expensive process of removing red and getting back to ash blonde. I really wanted to avoid more exposure to dying and bleaching and get my hair back to a natural and healthy state, but now I'm pretty much back at the drawing board. The colour does not suit me at all and I felt that the hairdresser either did not know how to match a hair colour to someone's complexion (that's what I asked her to do) or didn't really care.

I love the crew at Off London. Nicole is a hair genius and fixed my do after it was ruined previously. I always enjoy my visits and have always walked out with exactly what I was after. Thanks guys!

Off London is the first salon I have regularly returned to, due to the excellent Maryana, and the overall experience. It is a little pricey but in my opinion well worth it. I sometimes don't get there for 6 months or more (busy Mum of 2) but every time I do she always remembers me, how I like my hair styled and even remembers details about me that I've forgotten we've chatted about. Plus more often than not they are always running on time, and never later than a few minutes on the odd occasion they are behind.

Brilliant. I'm a dude who's usually more comfortable with barbers. But started to go here earlier this year. Never going back to barbers. The price, place, and service can't be beat. I'd recommend everyone I know go here and I do. Luke is also awesome at what he does. Totally shatters my stereotypes of hairdressers.

I had awesome stylist that really listened to what I wanted and what Wsuits my lifestyle. would recommend them to anyone that wants a good quality style and colour if you don't mind paying a bit for it.
