My first visit was great, good colour, good cut, friendly staff, all in all good experience so I decided to come back. Second visit turned out to be totaly different experience, staff still very nice but I obvously I was still not counted as regular customer. Didn't appreciate being passed on to a junior to cut my hair - even that he was very nice and did his best he didn't listen to what I really wanted (even that he asked me few times). I wanted a bit of body in my hair and I told him that I don't like using straightener on my hair, still he used it as he couldn't trim it otherwise????? and I left salon without a hint of a body in my hair. Aslo - being there for 4 hours - not very happy ....sorry ... don't think I'll be coming back.

I'm extremelly happy with Jacinta, she is so good at cutting and coloring, plus she is client focused and professional. I loved the fact that I was able to have a haircut and take my baby. Nothing was hard and I was made to feel so relaxed even when nursing my baby. I also appreciated that everyone is so professional there is no dynamics or personality clashes in front of client. Keep up the great work.

I have finally have found a hairdresser that actually does what I ask and is on the same page as me. It is a little pricey, and their not overly friendly but I don't really like the pressure of having to make small talk with a hairdresser I know nothing about. I'm more than happy to sit there, be pampered and relax :) The premises are nice, clean and modern. For their quality and for me to finally get what I want (I wasn't asking anything too complicated or that hard to do) I'd happily pay a little bit more. I would recommend if you are after a hairdresser who listens to your requests. I have already made another booking! Thanks Off London:)

Every time I come into the salon, I feel I am seeing friends who make me feel special. Janice is a lovely person who is very talented and I appreciate what she does for me greatly, I have had some dreadful hair cuts over the years and will only stay with someone if I they know what they are doing and she definatly does. It is because of her that I keep coming back .... so a huge thank you Janice you are fantastic. Karen :)

Two visits to Off London disappointed each time, no doubt talented people but they are easily distracted and just dont listen!!!! At least that was my experience. The first time I was disappointed with the colour, offered coffee 3 times which did not arrive within an hour eventually had to ask. Second visit came in armed with a picture for cut and colour disappointed with both colour nothing like in the picture infact radically different. Best advice I can give is to really listen to your clients.
