I have always been treated with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism on all my visits and have never been anything but extremely happy with the result. And your receptionist Bec is wonderful to deal with, always so friendly, helpful and with a gorgeous smile.

I like the way I am not pratonised and feel respectected for my age and taste. Products do not get pushed to improve my looks etc. All my girls come to Off London from my grandaughters, my daughters, who seee Jacinta and love her .my mum when she is from overseas and myself. Lovely place to go. Also I always leave the place feeling like a million dollars!! Thanks to lovely Holly Thanks Sandra you are a good employer to make your staff happy.

Nicole gave me an awesome new haircut. It is difficult to get something different as a guy, especially a public servant guy, but she gave me a cut with a balance between funky and 'still able to command respect in a meeting'. Congrats to her.

The first attempt at colour didn't really work but it was fixed up straight away so I was not worried. The staff are always intent on getting things right.
