I love coming here for my hair. The environment is really nice and friendly. Nicole is great - very helpful and provided great advice.

My last app't was ok. A good, but over-priced cut. The one before wasn't ok. Was booked in with the wrong hair dresser and that hair dresser called in sick. So even though my hair dresser was there, she couldn't do my hair because she was already booked out. I had another hair dresser who was only able to do a cut or colour, not both. There was no concession made. $117 for just having my roots done. Got home to find greys (dye hadn't stuck), so am now doing my own roots, $10 from the supermarket! Much better. Staff are friendly and polite, but it's not value for money.

This was my first visit. The salon was behind schedule and the service took way too long. The selection of magazines was outdated and disappointing. I expect a salon of this calibre to have recent mags, minor but pertinent detail, especially when the service is slow and you get to read through several. The staff were very helpful in every other respect and I was happy with the final result. I will be going back for another go, however, if it is behind schedule and not timely again ... I will not be using the salon again and won't recommend it to friends. I have already had a number of friends ask and have reserved comment. Time is a precious resource to us all and I don't have time for a 3 hour colour. Will let you know how it goes in several weeks.

I've been a client of Off London for about 9 years. I have always received excellent service both in terms of customer service and hair care. All the staff are appropriately friendly and relaxed, but also highly professional. They make you feel welcome. The service and staff are always consistent. I appreciate the strong healthy culture that exists among staff at Off London and congratulate Sandra for the consistent high quality of her staff. Thank you.
