I didn't find the new chairs comfortable. Too firm, but also for some reason put quite a bit of pressure on my spine. Not the end of the world for me, next time I will bring a pillow :)

Always look forward to my hair appointments. First rate service and I can always rely on honest and professional advice. I always leave my appointment feeling a million bucks! The only thing I would say is that it would be good to get a break down of costs - at over $200 per appointment it does sometimes seem a tad expensive.
