The staff are friendly and efficient. I walked out feeling like a million dollars with my beautifully done balayage hair. The colour and cut are perfect. The service is incredible, even for a coffee - it arrives promptly and I'm constantly asked if I'd like another (better service than a cafe!) I love going to Off London!

Luke the hairdresser was great. I wanted a change and he suggested a great cut and it was perfect!
