Loved the coffee, massage and hair treatment and even more so the final style I received. Always enjoy coming in as a treat as unfortunately I can't always afford the amazing services that your team provide but certainly recommend it to everyone I talk to :)

Absolutely incredible experience. Walked in with super damaged, dry hair and walked out with healthy, smooth hair in an incredible colour. 10/10 would recommend

I did a lot of research before choosing Off London, and it definitely paid off. Price comparisons between other salons show Off London really is great value for money; they are priced in line or a little less than other very high end salons in Canberra, and have more competitive pricing than even some less reputable salons. The pricing charts are incredibly detailed, so you can tailor it to meet your needs with total transparency over how much something particular will cost. I couldn't be happier with the actual appointment. Aron looked after me, and performed my colour and cut. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but no real technical understanding or realisation that it wasn't as simple as I originally thought. Aron was great, figured out exactly what I wanted and even slightly rearranged his schedule to leave enough time to work through it. The finished result was superb, and he was careful to show me everything that I need to do to maintain it and style it to get the look I want. While they offer relevant treatments at the wash basin for what you're getting done for a little extra, the atmosphere was totally relaxed and Aron never once pressured me or implied that I'd need to buy a whole slew of brand products to maintain this look, as is what I often experience at other salons. As someone who used to be fine with neglecting my hair for up to a year, I have to confess that I've seen the light and will definitely be returning to Aron's chair at Off London regularly. I'd be very happy to return just for the lovely staff, prices and good quality cut alone, but the level of trust I feel in the competence of these stylists is invaluable. If you're after something experimental done well, definitely look no further.
