My hairdresser did an amazing job, but did leave me unattended a couple of times, getting someone else to blow dry my hair etc. Which was fine except that the hairdresser was not back promptly to move on to the next stage. This is only a tiny thing though. Generally speaking I always enjoy my experience at off London.

When you add a calendar appointment on your system , have an SMS be sent out to the clients contact number so they can just click on the date ( from within the sms ) to add it to their calendar without the need to set it up manually , makes the process smoother (= Thx for the cut Lacey!!!!

I have been coming to Off London for over a year now and getting my hair done with Aron. This is the first time ive ever done anything a little crazy and went rose gold/peach. I LOVE IT! He did such an amazing job. Best part is my hair still feels healthy and strong and i didnt even have to worry because I knew he would do a great job.

I do not feel like I am receiving value for money. I pay around $300 and do not leave the salon wowed by my new hair. I really like the atmosphere and all the stylists/receptionists are very friendly and professional but I feel let down by the cost and as such have been leaving longer periods between appointments which is not ideal. There are never any promotions or discount incentives offered to long term clients which were offered in previous salons - this is quite disappointing.
