The team at Off London are amazing! When my usual sensational stylist, Adriana, was unwell recently, the team looked after me with such friendliness & skill. Robbie, Annaliese, Aaron, Emily, Mahalia all worked together to ensure that I walked out of the salon looking and feeling fabulous! Thank you team, and big hugs to Adriana. The service I experienced was fantastic (particularly the hot chocolate I was provided with). The hairdresser offered multiple suggestions for my haircut and did a great job at controlling my sometimes wild curls. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, however this would not stop me from returning

Off London is excellent. I have had my hair cut by Aaron for the past 2 years, and every time he has done an outstanding job: I have always noticed the difference when someone else cuts my hair, it's just never as good. He always takes the time to chat but is still very efficient due to knowing my haircut style well, and all the other staff are professional, friendly and courteous. The reception staff have also always been helpful in person and over the phone. I'm sorry I won't be able to visit there regularly from now on due to moving interstate, but will certainly recommend this place to others, and will return occasionally if I can. Very satisfied with their service :-)
