A bit expensive for what you get compared to my experience with a well known hairdresser in Sydney. It would be great if Off London could do more for their loyal customers like fix the price of a hair cut. I'm starting to think about finding another salon.

The staff at Off London are always incredibly friendly and inviting. The products and service received at the salon are aeons to none. I am a long term returning customer (over possibly 7 years now) and I can safely say that their customer service and product knowledge is incredible and has developed even more so. Even when I am unable to book in with my preferred stylist, each of the others I have had randomly have been excellent. I tell all my mates and coworkers to book in for an awesome experience haha highly recommend!! :D

Ezara was very busy (multiple clients), but managed it in stellar fashion - very professional if she had to step away from me for a couple minutes, and I still felt she was as attentive as always.

Well this time I had hair cut with James, he was a great stylist and really confident what I asked him to do and I really liked the style he did for me by the way I'd prefer this kid to everyone and I'd definitely have hair cuts with him all the time
