Very happy with my overall experience and haircut. Something that I would appreciate is if a price could be included when booking online. I selected 'anyone' when choosing a hairdresser and I understand the price varies depending on the level of experience of the person but once a hairdresser has been selected on my behalf an email/notification of the price would be appreciated so that you walk into the salon knowing exactly how much you will be paying.

On the plus side, the staff were very friendly, energetic, cheery and welcoming, and were happy to help. They did a nice job of my hair. On the downside, a trim and foils took a very long time - 3 1/2 hours, even though the cut was a very light touch and only took about 20-30 minutes, including blow-drying. I spent a lot of time just waiting. The price seemed excessive too - over $260 for a half head of foils and a trim (and it really was only a trim). The environment is quite frenetic - very loud and busy, which is not really my style but I'm sure is fine for others.

Another fabulous colour and cut. Staff are friendly, have good knowledge and great value for money given the quality of service provided. Highly recommend
