Hey guys, I’ve never had a bad experience here before but unfortunately my blow dry experience today was pretty terrible. I didn’t get the name of the girl who blow dried my hair but I hope you can work out who it was for feedback. I asked for just a light blow out with some light curls. She started at the back and passed over the same piece way too many times, hair was extremely hot. She then twisted the curling brushes tight into my head and left them hanging very tangled. Then left them in as she tried to separate the top parts of my hair, which got extremely tangled and painful. At this point I just really wanted her to stop because I could see the many hairs breaking off. I asked her to just forget about the curls and to just dry my hair asap which was also a painful experience with lots of hairs pulled directly out of my head. Left with still slightly wet hair around my scalp. I’ve had many blow dries here and nothing was this bad. I would have preferred to leave with wet hair. I’m very sorry to leave this kind of feedback because I do enjoy going to you guys, but this was just too bad to ignore. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Charly

The staff are always welcoming and friendly - the salon maintains a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Every visit leaves me with a flawless haircut; without fail, I always leave feeling confident and refreshed with a beautifully styled cut!

Off London’s vibe was immaculate, with all staff meeting me with a smile and friendly vibe upon arrival. Everyone was so helpful and made me feel very welcome. Claudia was very friendly, listened to my requests and did an amazing job on my hair. Thanks guys!! If I’m ever back in Canberra I will definitely return💛

One of the most enjoyable and best experiences at a hairdresser's. Off London, listened, suggested and delivered. I would highly recommend them. All staff were friendly and professional.

The ambience is always lovely at off london. I was greeted well and the overall experience was fine. The stylist did not want to talk, which was fine, but it was extremely odd how he would not answer my questions for his professional advice. I had no clue what the haircut was going to look like at the end, because again there was minimal communication from the stylist's end. After a few attempts of getting professional advice, I sat nervously absolutely hating the process. I had long healthy hair after taking many inches off, I have more split ends on my ends from being burnt from the hair dryer I guess, my scalp was burning from the heat (I would not mention this if it was not a big deal), at one point almost felt like my eyerbrow and forehead would be burnt too. So what do I think of the haircut? I'm sure I'll grow to like it, I hate it for now.
